Kid A liked – there was quite a lot of kicking!

I think Norma Jean was a win because Aaron Weiss was a guest vocalist on the particular song being played

For my Christmas present and B’s birthday present (poor boy has the same birthday as Jesus. How that would suck.) my parents got us tickets to see Grinderman.

Oh my glory. I am so freaking excited!

I knew Dad would be keen on seeing them and then Mum wanted to go too. Friggin best parents ever.

Did I mention GRINDERMAN. As in NICK CAVE.

Easily the best part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Nick Cave is too amazing for words.

However I am good at baking babies apparently…

14 weeks ago we found out I was 7 weeks up the proverbial duff, which is such a nice way of putting it.

Today I had my 20 week check up at the health centre – I was 21 weeks on Sunday.

Kid A is due around Easter – fingers crossed for a arrival on due date, which both my brother and I did. Apparently this only happens in approx 1% of births!

Kid A is pretty rad – last night it went to it’s first gig and saw Muse. Pretty sweet first gig I think.

Oh lord, it almost breaks my heart.

It used to be much easier when there was a Starbucks 10 minutes away from home, then the 40 plus minutes it takes on a train nowadays.

Their gingerbread latte/iced latta/frapp is to die for.

I was in the city with Blair yesterday  and while she was off getting her travel injections (porr girl) I had an hour sitting at Starbucks drinking the most glorious iced gingerbread latte ever.

While doing a little google search, I found a few different recipes for gingerbread syrup…

After buying the dvd more than a little while go, yesterday I finally sat down and watched it.

Flipping loved it. Helloooo Maggie Gyllenhaal and John Krasinski – what is there not to love?

Gotta say, hope I’m not as loopy as ‘LN’, Maggie’s character this time next year…

Yes, there are a couple of very cheesy songs in there. Oh well, it made cleaning a bit more exciting!

We had a Paella and Pie feast for lunch – Paella at your Place catered the mains and some of our AMAZING friends made beautiful  sweet pies for our dessert pie buffet.

My stunning friend Emily made our amazing wedding carrot cake. It was heaven on a plate!
